Free formaldehyde is the emission that panel regulations target hardest, and meeting E0 or E1 without hurting bond performance is one of the industry’s persistent challenges. Patina is the only Indian manufacturer of high-efficiency nano-particle scavengers built for the job — offered in two grades so the chemistry matches the resin.
Polymate-777A is optimised for amino systems (UF, MUF) and 777P for high-durability phenolic (PF) systems. Both work at the nano scale to lock up free formaldehyde, permanently lowering off-gassing to levels that meet global E0 / E1 standards across plywood, particle board and MDF.
Crucially, they do it at a negligible cost — from roughly Rs. 0.05–0.06 per glue line for 777A — so compliance becomes a routine line item rather than a margin problem.
