What we make

A complete chemistry toolkit for every glue line.

01

Bio-based adhesives

Dual-component bio-adhesive systems that replace urea content and cut reliance on synthetic petrochemical resins.

02

Extenders & additives

Adhesive extenders and viscosity additives that conserve resin and improve the consistency of every glue line.

03

Resin boosters & tannins

Boosters and vegetable-tannin additives for UF, MUF and PF systems that lift viscosity and speed the press cycle.

04

Formaldehyde scavengers

Nano-particle scavengers for amino and phenolic resins that drive free-formaldehyde toward E1 / E0 targets.

05

Fire-retardant chemistry

Nano-particle dips, additives and coatings that raise the flame resistance of panels, doors and MDF.

06

Botanical wood protection

Neem & karanj emulsions and plant-derived additives for eco-friendly termite, borer and fungus resistance.

The Patina portfolio

Nine categories. One dependable glue line.

Bio-adhesives, extenders, boosters, tannins, scavengers, fire-retardants and botanical wood protection — each engineered for a specific job.

Why Patina

Additive chemistry, and the people who tune it.

We are not just a drum of chemistry. We are a partner on the plant floor — matching the right grade to your line and staying with you through the trial.

01

Chemistry built for the line

Every grade is developed with plywood, MDF and particle-board makers — tuned to real press cycles, not a lab bench.

02

Total Quality Management

Consistency batch to batch. Quality and customer focus have been our priority since day one.

03

Lower cost per panel

Extenders and boosters that stretch resin, improve spread and bring down glue-line cost without losing bond strength.

04

Compliance-ready emissions

Formaldehyde scavengers that move amino and phenolic resins toward E1 / E0 emission targets.

05

Dependable supply

Repeatable, on-time delivery of the POLYMATE range to plants across India.

06

Hands-on technical support

Plant-floor troubleshooting for glue-line, cure and emission issues — with corrective chemistry that works.

How we work

From your press cycle to dependable supply.

A simple, hands-on path from first conversation to a tuned, repeatable glue line.

01

Understand your line

We start with your resin system, press cycle, substrate and the emission target you need to hit.

02

Recommend the grade

We match the right POLYMATE extender, booster, scavenger or fire-retardant and a starting dose.

03

Trial & dial in

We support plant trials, reading bond strength, spread and free-formaldehyde, then tune the dosing.

04

Supply & support

We lock in dependable supply and stay on call for optimisation as your product mix changes.

From the plant floor

Chemistry the line can count on.

The extender tightened our glue-line cost without touching bond strength. Supply has been steady drum after drum.

Production Head

Plywood manufacturer, Eastern India

Their scavenger helped us move toward E1 emissions on our MUF line, and the trial support on the floor made the difference.

Plant Manager

Panel & laminate producer

Consistent chemistry and a team that actually understands a press cycle. That is why we keep buying.

Questions

Answers before you ask.

Our range is built for urea-formaldehyde (UF), melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF), melamine-formaldehyde (MF) and phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resin systems used across the panel industry.

Yes. Polymate-777A (amino resins) and Polymate-777P (phenolic resins) are nano-particle formaldehyde scavengers that help plywood, MDF and particle-board makers reach E0 or E1 compliance — from as little as Rs. 0.05–0.06 per glue line.

Our PB-01 / PB-02 bio-adhesive system can replace up to 50% of the urea content in traditional adhesives and drops into existing lines without re-tooling, lowering both carbon footprint and VOC output.

We do. Our team helps you set a starting dose, run trials on your own line, and read the results so the chemistry is tuned to your press cycle.

We manufacture in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal and supply plywood, MDF and particle-board makers across India, Bangladesh and Nepal.

Tell us about your substrate, resin and the problem you are solving. We regularly tune adhesive, extender, booster, scavenger and fire-retardant chemistry to specific applications.
